Our Story

In certain Caribbean islands, Zandoli is the Creole name for a small lizard highly cherished by the locals.

Often considered sacred and a bringer of good luck, it appears in many Creole proverbs and tales where it embodies the symbol of relaxation, wisdom, escape, and dreams.

Curious by nature, the Zandoli loves to explore its surroundings.

Constantly seeking sunlight and warmth, it loves basking in the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Like a magician, it changes color depending on the temperature or its emotions.

"It is this Zandoli that inspired us to create emotion…"

Our ZANDOLI Rums are to be savored slowly "while lounging" with your eyes closed, in a glass slightly warmed in the palm of your hand, and they will take you to the ends of the earth.

Our Aging Method

Our entire range of ZANDOLI Rums is aged in Belgium in old Bourbon barrels. The selection of our high-quality casks and our expertise in their toasting allows for a harmonious and sustainable development and aging of the aromas in our rums.

Our control over the time and heating temperature of our barrels is a fundamental parameter in the organoleptic expression of our rums. We then proceed with barrel blending to ensure homogeneity, consistency, and a distinctive signature of our ZANDOLI Rums.

From the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean…

Our ZANDOLI Rums invite you to discover and travel. From Martinique to Réunion Island, passing through Jamaica, our rums have been distilled and crafted to offer you a diversity and complexity of aromas. Each ZANDOLI rum has its own unique identity.

Distilled in their countries of origin, the distinctiveness and characteristics of our ZANDOLI rums are closely linked to the history and expertise of the various distilleries we collaborate with, some of which were founded over 150 years ago.

Our still white rums are then transported to Belgium to be brought to the desired alcohol content and aged according to our quality standards.
